WEINSTEIN ASSET ACQUISITION

Following Lantern’s acquisition of The Weinstein Company’s assets in July 2018, Lantern Entertainment, an independent entertainment media platform, was formed. In partnership with Spyglass Media Group, the company now owns and controls a library of 250+ films as well as a development slate of films and television series. Spyglass is now positioned as a premium content company that is focused on developing, producing, financing and acquiring motion pictures and television series for worldwide audiences.
